The shawarma was absolutely delicious! The meat was perfectly seasoned, tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The team was also super friendly and incredibly fast, got our food in no time even though they were busy. Great food and great service.

From start to finish, working with Food Truck Hub was an absolute pleasure. I submitted an online inquiry and heard back almost immediately with a range of options — impressive, especially given how last-minute my request was. They came through without missing a beat. The food from D&D Shack was absolutely delicious, and the truck staff were so warm, friendly, and fun — they really added to the atmosphere of the event. We hired Food Truck Hub for my daughter's high school graduation party, and it was a massive hit. The kids kept coming back for more, and having the truck outside meant no cooking, no messy kitchen, and no stress for me! The entire experience — from the responsive and helpful office team to the fantastic crew on-site — was seamless and memorable. The food truck added such a fun, festive element to the celebration that our guests are still talking about it. I cannot recommend Food Truck Hub (and D&D Shack!) enough. We will absolutely be using them again.

The Food Truck Hub did a phenomenal job handling QCC’s annual company luncheon. Elena reached out soon after I requested information. From the initial consultation to the day of our event, communication was fantastic with all questions promptly answered. Our requests, including budget, were listened to and we were paired with the perfect food truck (Tacos Mario’s). We used The Food Truck Hub for our wedding at the end of May, and we felt everything came together beautifully through this team! We had several calls with Jamie and Elena before our big day, and they were both extremely kind, patient, and helpful in listening to our vision and answering all the questions we had. There was a lot we just didn't know about with event planning, but Elena and Jamie especially were just so knowledgable with everything we asked about, and just so kind! We never felt like we were being a burden or had asked a "dumb" question. We also had a lot of unknowns going into our wedding day with everything being outdoors, but Jamie gave us so much helpful information and personal expertise that not only made us feel great about going into the big day, but ultimately gave us a beautiful wedding that our loved ones cannot stop going on and on about. Their catering recommendations were also phenomenal - we loved having the D&D Shack food trucks, and A Taste of the Philippines for our apps and desserts! Jamie also ended up being the lead event coordinator for the day of our wedding, and that was just the icing on top of the cake - he made sure everything ran as planne
